A little bit about FZN

Hey, I'm James, the current station manager here at FZN Radio. Oh, let's get one thing straight, it's pronounced 'Fuzion' but we just like to write it FZN. Now we have that cleared up, let me tell you a little bit about how we came about.

We started life in 2014 but back then we were called NSU/Radio. We then spent 5 years building a student radio station from the ground up, and many people have worked hard over the years to make the station what it is today.

I became Station Manager in May this year and as a committee we decided that it was time for change. NSU/Radio was becoming more and more popular, but we thought the brand restricted us, so we spent a lot of time brainstorming and coming up with some weird and wonderful ideas. Then FZN was born. We have spent summer transforming the station into what you see now. We have made a new logo design, branding, emails, banners, decorations, jingles... the lot! Our team have worked so hard over summer and I am proud of all of them. I hope you have fun listening to the station and support the presenters who work hard to entertain you.
